KINDS OF THE NOUN

Noun:- a noun is the name of a person, animal, place or thing.
There are five kinds of noun.
1. Proper noun       
2. Common noun     
3. Collective noun    
4. Material noun   
5. Abstract noun     

Proper noun:- 
A proper noun is the name of a particular person, place, animal or thing.
Example :- Ram, Tom, lucky, Ranchi, Bihar, Nepal, Asia, the Ganga, Yamuna, the bay of Bangal, Indian Ocean, Red fort, the G. ,olghar, the Bible, the Geeta, Hindi, English, Sunday, Monday, the Hindustan time, Eid, Holi, Deepavali etc
(Note:- व्यक्तियों, जानवरों, स्थानों, नदियों, खाडियों, सागरों, महासागरों, जंगलों, मरुभूमियों, पहाड़ों, चोटियों, स्मारकों, भावनों, पुस्तको, भाषाओं, दिनों, महीनों, समाचार पत्रों, पर्वों, इत्यादि के particular naming words को Proper noun कहते हैं।).    

Common noun:-
A common noun is a name given in common to every person, animal, place or thing of the same class or kind.
Example :- boy, woman, father, frog, dog, crow, village, country, mango, rose, flower, box, ball, room, egg, eye, body etc;
(Note:- व्यक्तियों, जानवरों, पक्षियों, स्थानों, फलों, फूलों, वस्तुओं, और गणनीय वस्तुओं इत्यादि के common naming words को Common noun कहते हैं )

Collective noun:-
A collective noun is the name of a number of persons or things taken together and speak of Example :- Army, mob, crowd, team, bunch, class, gang, family, parliament etc.
(Note:- सेना, भीड़, दल, गुच्छा, झुंड, परिवार, गिरोह, आदि समूह का बोध कराने वाले संज्ञा को समूहवाचक संज्ञा कहते हैं।)

Material noun:-
Material noun is the name of a material substance which is measured or weighed but not counted.
Example :- water, milk, Oil, honey, tea, wheat, pulse, rice, gold, silver, brass, wood, wool, etc
(Note:- पानी, दूध, तेल, शहद, चाय, घी, गेहूं, दाल, धान, आटा, सोना, चांदी, पीतल, लोहा, लकड़ी, इत्यादि द्रव्य या पदार्थ को नापा या तौला जाता है परन्तु गिनती नहीं किया जा सकता, ऐसे संज्ञा को द्रव्यवाचक संज्ञा कहते हैं।)

Abstract noun:-
A abstract noun is the name of some quality, state, feeling or idea that we can only think of or feel but cannot see or touch.
Example :- goodness, kindness, greatness, weakness, sweetness, darkness, hardness, childhood, friendship, knowledge, laughter, Hatred, honesty, love, life, death, fear, sleep, heat, beauty, healthy etc.
(Note:- अच्छाई, दयालुता, महानता, कमजोरी, जवानी, गर्मी, सुंदरता, स्वास्थ्य, ऐसे गुण, अवस्था, विचार या भाव का नाम सिर्फ महसूस किया जा सकता है। इससे देखा या छुआ नहीं जा सकता यह भाववाचक संज्ञा कहलाता हैं।)
